Still Mind Ministries is a wellness ministry focused on bettering lives through mindfulness and spiritual growth. Hello. I’m Rev. Chad Carver. My wife, Rev. Laura, has been after me to write this bio for weeks, so I finally decided to just do it because the dog house is smelly. 🙂
I was born in Chatham, ON., and currently live in London with Laura and our dachshund, Teacup. I am an Ontario Certified Teacher, and once taught high school History and Religious Studies. Currently, I am studying to become a meditation instructor.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by spirituality and how it has been conceptualized and cultivated throughout history and across cultures. After many years of informal knowledge gathering, formal academic study and contemplating those lessons in the context of my personal spirituality, I finally settled on a spiritual life centred on service. This ultimately led to the decision to become an ordained minister, a vocation in which I’m able to help people discover and grow their spirituality while strengthening and broadening my own.
I am available to conduct ceremonies, such as memorial services, and celebrations of birth, as well as spiritual counseling and visits to hospice patients.

I live in the forest city of London, Ontario, with my husband, Rev. Chad, and a quirky miniature dachshund named Teacup.
